We would like to share a special story—an inspiring real-life experience from Ms. Feng, a woman in her 70s from Puli, Nantou. This is also a case that we are truly honored to be part of.
Ms. Feng, a senior with rich life experience, originally used a gas stove like many others. However, for safety considerations, she later switched to another brand of IH induction hob, which she used for about 4 to 5 years. Our service team carefully inspected the dimensions of the original induction cut-out and worked with professional technicians to modify the countertop opening, ensuring the 3DIH Hob could be perfectly integrated into her kitchen.
Of course, switching to a new appliance requires an adjustment period. Our service team patiently provided detailed guidance and even recorded instructional videos so that Ms. Feng could review them anytime she needed.
