Single-Zone IH Hob - SY1S
If this induction hob is not working properly, it is not necessarily a malfunction. Please check the following items first. If the cause of the issue cannot be identified, please contact our Service Center immediately at : + 886 4 2376 5618.

Protection Codes
During heating, if boiling water overflows onto the control keys or water droplets splash on them, it may cause unintended key operations. Please be careful!
Do not leave the appliance unattended during heating!

Please pause usage, ensure that the exhaust outlet is unblocked and properly cleaned, check that the filter at the bottom of the device is free of obstructions, and make sure there are no high-temperature sources nearby. Wait for 10 minutes before restarting. |
| EC: H | The device has entered dry-burning prevention mode or overheating protection mode, indicating that the cookware on the cooktop is empty ( dry burning ) or has overheated. Please immediately check whether there are ingredients inside the cookware, if the content has boiled dry, or if the oil temperature is too high during frying. Reminder: Do not continue using cookware that has been deformed due to dry burning.< |
