D. Both the customer and EASY agree that electronic documents shall serve as a valid method of declaration of intent.
E. EASY reserves the right to terminate the account and services of any customer who violates legal regulations, breaches mutual agreements, or maliciously abuses member privileges.
F. EASY reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of changes via email, phone, catalogs, networks, website announcements, or other appropriate channels.
G. EASY may use any contact information provided by the customer to deliver essential service notices. Customers must promptly update their profile online or via phone to maintain accurate, current, and complete contact details. If a notice fails to deliver due to incorrect or expired information provided by the customer, it shall still be legally deemed as successfully delivered.

II. Customer Accounts, Passwords and Security
A. Customers are required to provide accurate personal information when registering. If any false information is discovered, EASY reserves the right to suspend or terminate the customer's eligibility. Any violation of the laws and regulations of the Republic of China (Taiwan) may result in legal action being taken in accordance with applicable laws.
B. Customers are responsible for safeguarding their account passwords and must not disclose, provide, or allow access to them by any third party. All activities conducted through the use of a customer's account and password shall be deemed to have been performed by the customer, who shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.
C. If a customer discovers or suspects that a third party has used or is using the customer's account or password without authorization, the customer shall immediately notify EASY. Upon becoming aware of such circumstances, EASY will promptly suspend the processing of transactions and any subsequent use associated with the account. However, such notification shall not relieve the customer of any legal liabilities incurred prior to the notification.

III. Customer Transactions
A. The product name, price, description, specifications, model number, and other information displayed on the product page form an integral part of the contract between you and EASY.
B. You agree to place orders in accordance with the quantity and pricing confirmation mechanisms provided by EASY. EASY reserves the right to reject an order for legitimate reasons within two (2) business days after it is submitted. However, if payment has been completed by the customer, the contract shall be deemed concluded.
C. Pursuant to Article 19, Paragraphs 1, 2, and 3 of the Consumer Protection Act : ( i ) Consumers engaging in distance sales or door-to-door transactions may rescind the contract within 7 days after receiving the goods or services by returning the goods or providing written notice, without the need to state any reason and without bearing any fees or consideration. ( ii ) The foregoing shall not apply where reasonable statutory exceptions to distance sales exist. ( iii ) Such reasonable exceptions shall be prescribed by the Executive Yuan.
Accordingly, after the contract has been concluded and you have received the goods, you are generally entitled to exercise the right to rescind the contract under Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, unless other laws or regulations announced by the government apply with priority.

B. User violation of government laws or these Terms of Service.

VIII. Validity, Interpretation and Governing Law
A. If any provision of these Terms, in whole or in part, is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
B. Any ambiguity in these Terms shall be interpreted in the manner most favorable to the Customer.

D. The rights and obligations between the Customer and EASY shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Internet regulations, relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of China ( Taiwan ), and established practices and customs.
Should any statement or provision of these Terms be incomplete or otherwise insufficient, EASY shall, in good faith and based on the principles of fairness and mutual benefit, use its best efforts to resolve the matter through mutual consultation with the Customer.
