I. IH Induction Hob
Products manufactured and sold by EASY SMART TRANSCEND CO., LTD. are covered by a 2-year limited warranty for new products and a 10-year spare parts service period. All products are insured under Product Liability Insurance in the amount of NTD 30,000,000 issued by Tokio Marine Insurance Co., Ltd.
To protect your rights, please read and comply with the following terms and conditions :
A. This warranty and service policy applies only to kitchen appliances purchased directly from EASY SMART TRANSCEND CO., LTD.
B. Unless otherwise stated in the user manual, users shall not press multiple control buttons simultaneously, as this may activate service mode or cause system malfunction.
C. The product is covered by a 2-year free repair service starting from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, EASY SMART TRANSCEND will bear disassembly and installation costs for failures caused by non-human factors. For damages caused by human factors or user misuse, such costs shall be borne by the customer.
D. Customers are recommended to register their product on the official website to ensure warranty protection and avoid disputes regarding warranty eligibility.
E. If product registration is not completed, the warranty period will be calculated from the manufacturing date and limited to 2 years.
F. Please ensure that accurate information is provided during product registration and retain the purchase invoice for future verification.
G. After the 2-year warranty period expires, if an inspection is requested and the customer chooses not to proceed with repair, an inspection fee will be charged. If repair is confirmed, only parts costs will be charged and the inspection fee will be waived.

I. Only genuine parts and personnel authorized by EASY SMART TRANSCEND CO., LTD. shall be used for servicing.
J. The following are not covered under warranty:
● Product has exceeded the warranty period
● Damage caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, lightning strikes, earthquakes, and accidents
● Damage caused by improper use, negligence, incorrect installation, modification, disassembly, or transportation
● Scratches, cracks, dirt, or discoloration of ceramic glass surfaces
● Use of unauthorized parts
● Repairs performed by unauthorized personnel
● Accessories such as gifts, cookware, and silicone mats are not covered under warranty
II. Post-Pandemic / Disinfection Product Series
Products distributed under the Post-Pandemic / Disinfection Series are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
A. This warranty policy applies only to products purchased from EASY SMART TRANSCEND CO., LTD.
B. Products shall be operated strictly in accordance with the user manual. Improper use may result in product damage.
C. A 1-year free repair service is provided from the date of purchase.
D. For repair services, please contact our service center at +886 4 2376 5618.
E. Servicing shall be performed exclusively using genuine parts and by personnel designated and authorized by EASY SMART TRANSCEND CO., LTD.
F. The following are not covered under warranty :
● Product has exceeded the warranty period

● Damage caused by improper use, negligence, incorrect installation, modification, disassembly, or transportation
● Minor cosmetic differences such as color variation or dimensional tolerance
● Use of unauthorized parts

III. EASY Lifestyle | Callies Coffee
A. Coffee beans sold under Callies Coffee are considered perishable food products. In accordance with Article 19, Paragraph 2 of the Consumer Protection Act, such products are excluded from the 7-day appreciation period.
B. Returns are not accepted for roasted coffee beans unless the product is defective or incorrect due to shipping errors. If any damage or incorrect items are found, please take photos immediately and contact : “Contact” → “Information” → LINE@ one-on-one live customer service.
C. Please provide a detailed description of the issue found upon receipt of the goods. Do not return products without prior notification to our customer service team.
D. Used or opened coffee products are non-returnable.
E. If a returned product is found to be non-defective after inspection, all related costs shall be borne by the customer.
F. Non-returnable conditions include:
● Requests made more than 7 days after receipt of the product
● Original packaging has been opened and is missing
● Consumable goods (e.g., coffee beans, green beans)
● Bundled items must be returned in full
● Promotional or discounted items
● Opened products without defects or damage
IV. Gifts, high-polymer heat-retention mats, SCHOOT CERAN glass cleaner, and artworks are not covered under warranty; please confirm carefully before placing your order.

Step 2:Enter the product serial number based on your purchased item, and upload the required images: either the purchase invoice or the user manual.

Step 3:After submission, the review process takes approximately 7 working days. Once your registration is approved, a confirmation email will be sent.
The registration date and warranty expiration date will be displayed under the "Purchased Products" section in My Account.

3. Kindly Note :
● EASY provides a 2-year complimentary warranty and repair service starting from the date of product purchase. During the warranty period, if the product is damaged due to non-human factors, all uninstallation and reinstallation costs shall be borne by EASY; if the damage is caused by human factors or misuse, such costs shall be borne by the customer.
● After the expiration of the 2-year warranty period, if a service inspection is requested and the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair, an inspection fee will be charged.
● After the expiration of the 2-year warranty period, if a service inspection is requested and the customer proceeds with the repair, only the cost of necessary replacement parts will be charged, and the inspection fee will be waived.
