Step 1:Log in to your EASY member account on the official website.

Step 2:挑Select the product specifications and quantity, then add the items to your shopping cart.

Step 3:eview your cart to confirm product details, specifications, quantity, and total amount. Once confirmed, click the “Checkout” button.

Step 4:Enter order information, including shipping details, invoice preferences, and payment method, then click “Confirm”.

Step 5:Order completed.
To ensure a secure shopping experience and protect your rights, please register as an EASY member before placing an order. You may use your commonly used email address as your account, set a password, and complete your member profile to start shopping.
I. Please select the add-on items on the product page before adding them to the shopping cart for checkout.
II. Promotional bundles and add-on items must use the same shipping address and payment method, and will be shipped together.
III. For returns or exchanges of promotional bundles or add-on packages, all items must be returned together. Partial returns are not accepted.

A blank page does not necessarily mean your order was successful. Please check “My Account” → “Order Management” to confirm your order status. Alternatively, contact us via “Contact” → “Information” or our LINE@ customer service for assistance.
Invoices are normally included with shipments from the EASY online store. If you did not receive an invoice, please contact us via “Contact” → “Information” or LINE@ customer service for assistance.
In accordance with Taiwan’s Uniform Invoice Regulations, invoices may only be reissued in cases of clerical errors. Personal invoices cannot be changed to company invoices, and company invoices cannot be changed to personal invoices.
Once issued, invoice details ( including buyer name and tax ID ) cannot be modified or replaced at the buyer’s request. Reissued invoices due to errors cannot be treated as returns or refunds.
Please send the original invoice by registered mail to the address below by the 5th day of the month following the invoice issuance date, and clearly indicate the correct tax ID for reissue processing.
