Domino IH Hob - AH2A
If this induction hob is not working properly, it is not necessarily a malfunction. Please check the following items first. If the cause of the issue cannot be identified, please contact our Service Center immediately at : + 886 4 2376 5618.

Protection Codes
During heating, if boiling water overflows onto the control keys or water droplets splash on them, it may cause unintended key operations. Please be careful!
Do not leave the appliance unattended during heating!
| Display Code | Description |
|---|---|
| A | The unit has entered inactivity protection mode. If no cookware movement, power adjustment, or timer setting is detected for an extended period, the hob will automatically shut down. |
| h | The unit has entered boil-dry or overheat protection mode, indicating that the cookware may be empty, overheated, or has boiled dry. |
| h | A main control board failure has occurred, resulting in a communication error protection. |
| U | The hob has entered voltage protection mode due to unstable mains voltage or an incorrect power supply connection, such as a 110V/220V mismatch. Please turn off the power for 10 minutes, then restart the unit. |
| F | The unit has entered overheat protection mode due to insufficient heat dissipation or high ambient temperature. Please stop using the device immediately. Ensure that the air outlet is not blocked, the unit is properly cleaned, and there is no nearby heat source. Allow the unit to cool for 10 minutes before restarting. |
| H | After use, if residual heat remains on the cooktop surface, the OLED display will show "H" as a warning. Please do not touch the surface or control panel. |
