The "2026 Taichung Industry Fair" grandly debuted at the Taichung International Exhibition Center.

Among the exhibitors, EASY, which has been deeply rooted in MIT kitchen technology for many years,

showcased the "Concealed IH Integration System" as its core exhibition highlight.

Combining the 3DIH Hob, innovative countertop technology, and cross-disciplinary integrated design,

it attracted significant attention from architects, interior designers, and home renovation professionals, becoming one of the hottest topics at the exhibition.

EASY debuted its new cross-boundary work, the "EASY Dining Table," for the first time in Taichung,

cleverly integrating the concealed IH induction hob into the dining table to redefine the way dining and kitchen spaces are used.

The full flat countertop maintains a clean and sleek visual quality during daily use.

When heating, hot pot cooking, or warming is required, simply placing the cookware on the table activates the IH function,

realizing the innovative concept that "the dining table is the cooking appliance," and showcasing a brand-new imagination for multi-functional dining and kitchen spaces.

Another exhibition highlight that caused professional visitors to stop and look

was the integrated demonstration of "Kitchen Island × 3DIH Hob × Concealed IH Hob."

The system provides a dual-zone 3DIH hob paired with a flat meal prep countertop for daily use.

When cooking demands increase, the prep area can instantly convert into concealed IH hob heating power,

upgrading the island countertop into a three-burner configuration in a flash.

This significantly enhances kitchen workflow and space utilization flexibility, demonstrating a highly integrated modern kitchen design philosophy.

Huang Wei-Wen, General Manager of EASY, stated that participating in this exhibition is not just a product display,

but aims to respond to the trend of integration and minimalism in residential and interior design.

He pointed out that the concealed IH induction hob can effectively break through the appearance limitations of traditional hobs,

allowing countertop designs to be more consistent and safe, while also contributing to the comprehensive planning of the overall layout,

which will become an important development direction for future residential kitchens.

Huang Wei-Wen also emphasized that IH technology, in terms of heating response and cooking control feel,

can still fully satisfy the requirements of Chinese-style cooking, balancing modern lifestyle efficiency with the traditional spirit of cooking.

"Technology is a tool for upgrading, but the soul of cooking will not change because of it."

EASY's showcase at the 2026 Taichung Industry Fair

demonstrated the development potential of MIT kitchen technology in the fields of smart housing and space integration through multiple practical application scenarios,

while also opening up more possibilities for cross-boundary cooperation in Taiwan's kitchen appliance industry.
