Bolognese Pasta

Even with a 3DIH hob, you can stir-fry pasta that is rich, aromatic, and full of flavor.

Ingredients:

◆ Ground beef, 1kg

◆ Ground pork, 500g

◆ Mixed diced/minced vegetables, 500g

◆ Diced onion, 250g

◆ Diced celery, 125g

◆ Diced carrot, 125g

◆ Garlic, 5 cloves

◆ Bay leaves, 2 pieces

◆ Red wine, 750cc

◆ Canned tomato sauce for pasta, 1000g

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the pan on power level 1, add an appropriate amount of olive oil, and add the ground meat to sauté. Cook until the meat is fully browned, completely cooked through, and releases its aroma.
  2. Add the garlic and onions. Sauté until the garlic takes on some color and the onions are softened (using power level 2 to 3).
  3. Add the remaining finely chopped or diced celery and carrots. Next, pour in 1000g of the canned tomato pasta sauce, followed by 750cc of red wine.
  4. Add the bay leaves along with 300cc to 500cc of water. Simmer on IH hob power level 1 to 2 for half an hour, then check if the texture of the meat and the flavor meet your personal preference.
  5. Season with an appropriate amount of salt and black pepper to taste. It is recommended to make the meat sauce slightly saltier at this stage, as the saltiness will be diluted when tossed with the pasta.
  6. Choose your preferred pasta variety and cook according to the package instructions (set aside). Bring the meat sauce back to a boil, toss in the cooked pasta to coat evenly, and do a final taste adjustment with olive oil, pepper, and salt before plating. Enjoy!
